Join us at the East Bay SPCA in Dublin on SATURDAY, April 3rd from 11am-4pm. Our April event theme is Make Mine Chocolate! Rabbits live 8-12 years, are easily litter box trained and make delightful pets. If there is any question about being able to commit to a rabbit for their lifetime, please buy a chocolate bunny instead. Rabbits are the third most frequently euthanized pet at shelters. Let’s make this a Happy Easter for everyone.
Come meet our featured bunny, Butterscotch. She’s a sweet, timid Rex who is looking for a special home. Rescued from a petting zoo, Butterscotch would appreciate a quiet, loving home without dogs or small children. She has a whole lot of love to give once she learns that she is finally loved and safe. Butterscotch has a lovely coat of gray fur with apricot highlights which feels just like VELVET. Come pet her and see for yourself! Butterscotch would be an easy bunny to shower with love! To see more rabbits available for adoption, visit www.eastbayrabbit.petfinder.com.
Our fresh flakes of grass hay are continuing to be a huge success. At just $5 a flake, this is an inexpensive way to provide fragrant hay for your bunnies. We are all stocked up with bunny toys and treats. A special thank you to everyone who came in last month and stocked up; your purchases help to fund our rescue work.

Harvest Home’s smallest duck resident, Georgie, strictly follows the wise words of Jacob Braude: “Always behave like a duck - keep calm and unruffled on the surface but paddle like the devil underneath.”
